This Hotel was cozy, charming and rustic. It was extremely clean! And all the rooms and especially bathrooms have been updated with completely new fixtures. I believe from looking around that this place is being completely renovated. I saw workers putting a brand new deck or patio outside the sliding glass door in the dining room. The most important part is that the owner Chris couldn't be more accomodati ng! My daughter is in a wheelchair, and expedia lied about calling the hotel about my questions and needs for my daughter., but Chris went above and beyond having a bar installed on the same day, within hours! In order for my daughter to use the bathroom. That's what I call a compassionate caring owner making every effort to acco mmodate her patrons. Chris thank you for everything it's so very much appreciated, especially when life is so difficult for handicapped people.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Free breakfast was great for what you would expect. The hotel itself is a little dated, but our stay was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is also a plus. We brought our 2 pugs with us, and they accommodated us. Would definitely stay there again.

Pricey, the name is misleading, but just look up the address. Very quirky decor, feels like a place you would have stayed at if it was the 1940s and most town still had mom and pop run hotels. Beds sheets had bleach stains, rooms were small, WiFi worked fine and the owners were nice. Lots of charm here, but be ready for a laid back vibe.

Stayed at the Baseball Hotel overnight following trip to the Hall of Fame. Chris and Rhonda were extremely kind and accommodating, especially given that my boyfriend and I both have disabilities. Went above and beyond to ensure our room was accessible and our stay was comfortable. Beautiful room and warm hospitality. Thank you so much!! Xx

I recommend 100%!! We came late and the staff laid out plates for us to where our room and the key was!! We slept through breakfast and they saved us leftovers and made more!! Friendliest staff in the world!!!! When I come back to Cooperstown this is my first choice

Chris is very helpful and very kind. The rooms were clean, they have accessible rooms available. Breakfast Buffet was included on the busiest weekend of the year. Worth the trip from Cooperstown to stay here instead if making a trip to the BBHoF.

My father and I recently made a life dream trip to Cooperstown to visit the baseball HOF. Picking the baseball hotel in Richfield Springs was the best thing we did bc it was away from the hustle and bustle and had a bed and breakfast atmosphere. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome with everything from daily greetings to an outstanding buffet breakfast. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and the Hotel has a 19th century feel. The only thing my father wished he had was some place to sit besides the bed while in the room. Other than that, everything we needed. Highly recommended
